I am an independent Speech and Language Therapist based in Edinburgh, with over a decade of experience in both NHS and private practice. Since setting up in independent practice in 2012, I have worked with children and young people with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs.

I have particular interests in speech sound disorders, especially apraxia of speech, language development and early disfluency. My work focuses on clear, targeted therapy that helps children make steady, meaningful progress.

Before moving into independent practice, I worked in NHS paediatric services (2006–2012), delivering community clinics and supporting children with additional needs within school settings.

Alongside my clinical work, I collaborate with other speech and language therapists and organisations, and provide mentorship to therapists in the UK and overseas.

I trained at Queen Margaret University (2002–2006) and am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I am also a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and the Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice (ASLTIP).
